Did you know that 1 out of every 3 adults over 35 years of age has high blood pressure? It is a leading cause of heart attack, heart failure, kidney failure, and stroke. Your blood pressure can be taken by a Living Well Ministry representative after the Saturday night or after the 8:30am or 10:00am Sunday morning services every 4th weekend of the month in the gym. Just look for the Living Well Health Ministry table.

The next blood drive is on Monday, June 18th from 2:30 to 7:30pm. Watch your bulletin for more details. Sign up for a slot when you see the blood drive sign in the gym or email us to sign up for a time.
